Doesn't say if it's a reference cooler, doesn't look like one though, and it does use some nice caps.

I checked my FPS (ingame, the green button-thingy..) and it was was around 200 FPS the whole time, 220 was the most, but I have not had any problems like you did.

(To be honest, I don't believe I really have 200 FPS..what's up 'bout that?)
